Functional Defects: As-is, display brightness hotkeys (F9 and F10) do not work. Display brightness can be adjusted in the Windows Action Center. F8 (microphone mute hotkey) cannot be toggled. Indicator light stays on but microphone is unmuted. Volume (F6 and F7), keyboard backlight (F11), sleep (F3), and display switch (F4) hotkeys are fully functional.
Cosmetic Defects: Interior: Moderate wear on bezel, keyboard, touchpad, palm rest, and around keyboard. Small scratch on lower mouse buttons. Exterior: Moderate wear and scratches on lid and bottom cover, scuffed along edges of device. Missing two bottom cover screw covers, small patch of chipped paint.
