Functional Defects: As-is, shell. No RAM, storage, OS, or charger included. No LCD, base only. No battery. Keyboard intermittently works, installing OS causes system to freeze on Dell Logo. Long load times. Video output is failing and causes an error in diagnostics.
Cosmetic Defects: Heavy wear on keyboard, palm rest, touchpad, and around keyboard. "DEL" keycap missing. Hinge damaged, inside exposed. Small screw bubble above touchpad. Heavy wear and scratches on bottom cover, 2 screws do not tighten. Missing screws along back edge, missing some internal screws.
